If we don't love it, we don't serve it - it's the Brambles way. You can taste the love we put into our food with every bite and every sip, using only the best ingredients and making no compromises in quality. 

Our daily lunch specials are a fresh and delicious alternative to fast food, a celebration of real, healthy options enjoyed in a great atmosphere - or even to go.

We go back to the basics, using roasted vegetables, bones and herbs for a savoury soup stock; then transforming it into a delicious, hearty soup. Thai Yam and Burger Barley are some local favourites and our creative staff continues to find new, refreshing recipes.

We feature a variety of sandwiches, all served on our own, fresh baked breads. We roast our own ham and turkey and we use as many local seasonal vegetables as possible, usually taken in trade from customers and friends. For the finishing touches, delicious toppings like pesto, chutney and vinaigrettes - also made in our kitchen - complete the home-made taste. 

Our selection of artisan breads will have you coming back for more - and we have a different feature every day of the week, ranging from Alsatian Rye to Baguette and Multigrain Bread. Favourites like Country Bread and Sourdough are available daily, as is a variety of buns. Brambles' Best Buns make great burger buns!

Brambles got started with granny's sticky bun recipe and tasty treats and cakes are still a big part of who we are - after all, we are a bakery! 

Brambleberry scones, sticky buns with pecans, coconut cream tarts, brownies... yes, they are all delicious. Some of our cake favourites include carrot cake and chocolate velvet cake, and we also offer - equally delicious - gluten-free and vegan alternatives.
